MT4 Intellectual Property (“MT4”) values the privacy of its users and created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting their privacy and personal data, under the terms of the General Data Protection Law and other laws on the subject, as well as describe how your privacy is protected by MT4 when collecting, processing and storing your personal information.
User: all natural persons who will use or visit our website, over 18 (eighteen) years of age or emancipated and fully capable of practicing civil life acts or those who are absolutely or relatively incapable, duly represented or assisted. Personal Data: means any information provided and/or collected by MT4 and/or its partners, by any means, even public, which: (I) identifies, or which, when used in combination with other information handled by MT4, identifies an individual ; or (II) through which an individual’s identification or contact information may be derived. Personal Data can be in any medium or format, including electronic or computerized records, as well as paper-based files. Personal Data, however, does not include business phone, business mobile number, business address, business email.
Purpose: the objective, the purpose that MT4 wants to achieve from each act of processing personal information. Necessity: justification why it is strictly necessary to collect personal data to achieve the purpose, avoiding excessive collection. Legal basis: legal basis that makes the processing of personal data legitimate for a specific prior purpose by MT4. Consent: express and unambiguous authorization given by the User who owns the personal data for MT4 to process their personal data for a previously described purpose, in which the legal basis necessary for the act requires the express authorization of the owner.
This policy applies, in general, to all Users and potential Users of the services offered by MT4, including Users of websites or other means operated by MT4 and summarizes how MT4 may collect, produce, receive, classify, use, access, reproduce , transmit, distribute, process, archive, store, delete, evaluate or control the information, modify, communicate, transfer, disseminate or extract the collected data, including personally identifiable information, in accordance with applicable legal bases and all laws of privacy and data protection in place. By accessing and/or using the MT4 website, the User declares to be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and to have full and express capacity to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy for all legal purposes. If the User does not fit the above description and/or does not agree, even in part, with the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy, he/she shall not access and/or use the services offered by MT4, as well as the websites and services operated by it.
The user is aware that he provides information consciously and voluntarily through proposals, powers of attorney, forms, among others. When the User registers and/or fills in forms offered by MT4, including on the websites operated by it, certain Personal Data requested will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose that motivated the registration, in accordance with the law in force.
MT4 may disclose the Personal Data collected to third parties, in the following situations and within the limits required and authorized by Law: With its customers and partners when necessary and/or appropriate to the provision of related services; With companies and individuals contracted to perform certain activities and services on behalf of MT4; With group companies; With suppliers and partners to carry out the services contracted with MT4 (such as information technology, accounting, among others); For administrative purposes such as: research, planning and service development. When necessary as a result of a legal obligation, determination of a competent authority, or court decision.
In certain circumstances, MT4 may disclose Personal Data, to the extent necessary or appropriate, to government agencies, consultants and other third parties for the purpose of complying with applicable law or with a court order or subpoena, or if MT4 believes that good faith that such action is necessary to: Comply with legislation that requires such disclosure; Investigate, deter or take action related to suspected or actual illegal activities or to cooperate with public bodies or to protect national security; Execution of your contracts; Investigate and defend against any claims or allegations of third parties; and protect the security or integrity of the services.
MT4 will notify its respective Users of any legal demands that result in the disclosure of personal information, in accordance with what was exposed in the previous item, unless such notification is prohibited by law or prohibited by a court order, or if the request is emergency. MT4 may contest these demands if it deems that the requests are excessive, vague or made by incompetent authorities.
The Holder is entitled to obtain from MT4, in relation to the data processed by him, at any time and upon request: I – confirmation of the existence of processing; II – access to data; III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; IV – anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in breach of the provisions of Law No. 13.709; V – data portability to another service or product supplier, upon express request and observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulation of the controlling body; V – portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets; VI – deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of Law No. 13.709; VII – information on public and private entities with which the controller shared data; VIII – information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of denial; IX – revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of Law No. 13.709.
All Personal Data will be stored in MT4’s database or in a database maintained “in the cloud” by the service providers hired by MT4, which are duly in accordance with current data legislation. MT4 and its suppliers use various security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your Personal Data, preventing the occurrence of any damages arising from the processing of such data. Although MT4 uses security measures and monitors its system to check for vulnerabilities and attacks to protect its Personal Data against unauthorized disclosure, misuse or alteration, the User understands and agrees that there are no guarantees that the information cannot be accessed, disclosed , altered or destroyed for breach of any of the physical, technical or administrative protections.

This policy is subject to Law No. 13.709 – General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD) and the Judicial District Court of São Paulo is competent to settle any dispute in relation to it.
